A visit to the Standing with Giants installation at Fort Nelson in Portchester, the installation comprises silhouette figures with one for each of the British servicemen who died on D-Day together with a smaller installation with 50 silhouettes remembering the many heroes of the French resistance who did so much to frustrate the German occupiers and aid D-Day operations
